You must be at least 18 years old to register on Lucky 3. This is a strict requirement — Lucky 3 verifies age on all accounts. If an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it is closed immediately and any balance is forfeited. There are no exceptions.
No. Each player is allowed exactly one Lucky 3 account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names or mobile numbers — violates the Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed with funds forfeited. If you believe a duplicate was accidentally created, contact support@lucky3.bet immediately to resolve it.
Lucky 3 does not require identity documents to register or make your first deposit. KYC verification (CNIC copy plus a selfie or utility bill) is requested before processing larger withdrawals. To permanently close your Lucky 3 account, email support@lucky3.bet from your registered email address. Include your name and registered mobile number.
